In this day and age social networking is part of society. But what I don’t understand is if someone adds you on Facebook, why can’t they post on your wall publicly instead of messaging, secretly. Normal people send a friendly hello on someone’s “wall,” but it’s different when they initiate the conversation through Facebook chat or messages. I find it very awkward and inappropriate to begin talking to someone this way, especially if the one being contacted doesn’t even know the person talking to the them. It’s funny isn’t it? Why would someone do this? I mean I have a few ideas in mind and I’m sure you do too. So why?
